Everything green smoothie is one of my favourites - if you start your day with this gut healing smoothie I promise you everything goes right!
There are no rules when it comes to making this smoothie if you have strawberries throw them in don't’ waste your unwanted veg and fruit. The more nutrient dense the better!
- 1 Frozen or fresh bananas
- 1/2 cup soya milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon keffir yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon LSA
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice (digestive)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 avocado
- Handful of frozen green smoothie mix (coles)
- Handful of spinach
- Sprinkle of chai seeds
Blend until smooth add water to thin out if needed. Serve in a mason jar with a sprinkle of chai seeds
