If you are anything like me come winter and my bear-like hibernation habits sets in. Are you a sun chaser? I spread out from room to room chasing the patches of sun so I de-thaw and warm up. Cold feet and getting out of a warm bed are the things I dislike most come winter. I cannot survive without fluffy socks, hot water bottles and food that warms the cockles of my heart.
I am sharing a few dishes and recipes that are my winter warmers. The way I cook is somewhat by taste and feel. So if you want to add more salt, by all means, draw outside the lines! There are no rules to adding a touch of this and that to get the mouthwatering result.

There are no rules when it comes to making this smoothie if you have strawberries throw them in don't’ waste your unwanted veg and fruit. The more nutrient dense the better!
