Start by prepping all seasonal fruits and placing on a board or in bowls. Wash and place in bowls.
Fruit looks best on a white platter. Start from one side of the dish and group your fruits together..
Tip: Use a smaller bowl in the middle. This adds height and drama to your plate.
Add in a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds over all the fruit at the end. Use fresh flowers to fill in the spaces and add visual impact. Green leaves or mint leaves are a pretty touch if you don't have flowers on hand.
Tip: Use a cookie cutter to make shapes out of your melons like stars or hearts. Easy to do and a fabulous touch.
